Arianwen Hedgecock

I am an energy worker who was drawn to this transformative field during a period of health challenges back in 2005. While pursuing my graduate studies, I began the study of energy work the next year with an interest in learning more about these alternative methods that had greatly helped me heal.

At the beginning of my journey, I found I could become easily overwhelmed by life at times. I knew I had to make changes in my daily life that changed how I felt energetically in my body, relationships and in the life, I wanted to create to bring me deep inner joy. That brought me back to more studies in energy work and management of my own energy field. I started to do the deep inner work of connecting to my feelings, my body, my energy, and my authentic self and what truly made ME happy.

Learning to expand my energetic body and clear blockages I was able to feel all the subtleties in life that brought both joy and unhappiness. From that point I was able to remove things that were not bringing me joy and was pulled more to the things that aligned with me. I have created the foundations for a life I love, and I know will continue to grow and deepen over the years as my compass for those things has been reset. I am excited about all the possibilities that can flow into my life now.

Through this work I realized what a sensitive energy field I have and learned tools on how to manage my energy and to deeply connect with myself and others. Learning to live from a place of peace, acceptance, and excitement of the future, I dropped the fears and anxiety that held me back from living fully.

I furthered my studies between the years in energy work and coaching and established my own practice. This opportunity has allowed me to expand my knowledge, skills, and techniques, enabling me to provide even more comprehensive support to those seeking balance, harmony, and well-being. I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to working with clients, witnessing the power of energy in facilitating their healing journeys.
