This month we celebrate Sonia Stingo
Biofield Tuning & Sound Energy Practitioner

"Let Sound Restore Your Calm, Clarity, and Connection."

From as early as she can remember, music has been Sonia’s north star—the constant thread in her life. When her own family faced times that called for deep healing, she turned to sound, the one thing that had always guided her.

As science began recognizing the profound ways sound can restore the body to coherence, Sonia felt called to study and expand her skills, completing extensive training with Biofield Tuning, the Sound Healing Academy International, the Rhys Thomas Institute’s Advanced Crystal Bowl Healing Certification, and becoming a Certified Reiki Master among other programs.

Her work is fueled by a love of learning and the joy of helping others reconnect with harmony and balance through sound. Outside of her practice, Sonia cherishes being by the water, spending time with her family, caring for her cats, and volunteering—sharing both her heart and the healing resonance of sound with her community.

For Sonia, sound work is not just a practice but a calling—an ever-evolving journey of discovery and service. Each session is an opportunity to help others find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of well-being through the power of vibration.
