Zentangle is an easy-to-learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. It is a fascinating meditative art form that is fun and relaxing. Zentangle provides artistic satisfaction, an increased sense of personal well-being and calm centeredness. Zentangle can be enjoyed by a wide range of skills and ages. About Karen:
Karen Kathryn Keefe is a retired Organization Development consultant with an MA in Human Resource Development and PhD in Naturology (the psychology of natural healing). She is as been a corporate trainer for over 40 years and has served as a leadership development specialist, a life-coach, and well-being facilitator. She became a CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher) in 2010 and brings expertise in appreciative inquiry, breath work, mindfulness and guided imagery to her Zentangle classes. Karen has designed and delivered over a dozen different 3.5 hour Zentangle Introduction classes and 6 different 3.5 hour Advanced Zentangle classes along with a variety of 1 day retreats. She is the "resident" CZT for New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill in Boylston MA, Dr. Franklin Perkins School in Lancaster, The Russian Icon Museum in Clinton, and 19 Carter Street in Berlin, in addition to in addition to several local community centers.
