As the seasons shift we find a need to release thoughts, ideas and energies that no longer serve us. These quarterly rituals are a powerful way to aid in those shifts.
Honoring the Winter Solstice, we welcome Winter: Reflection and Integration
Occurring near the Winter Solstice we will be welcoming in Winter which represents a necessary season of rest and transition, where you must release old patterns and hindrances that impede progress. This allows you to set the stage to start the New Year with a clean slate. Winter represents shedding the old to make way for new beginnings as we slow down to rest and rejuvenate our souls.
