The Grounded Gathering

The Grounded Gathering is a monthly invitation to get out of your head, drop back into your body, and reconnect with the Earth beneath you.

Through guided meditation, grounding, and a little energetic magic, we’ll quiet the noise, settle our nervous systems, and remember that we don’t have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes we just need to come back to ourselves, feel our feet on the ground, and be here.
