Release What You’re Carrying: A Geo Love Group Healing

What if some of what you’re carrying was never yours to begin with?

We move through life absorbing more than we realize—emotions, beliefs, expectations, old experiences, protective patterns, and even the energy of the people and environments around us. Sometimes we’ve carried these things for so long that it becomes difficult to tell what actually belongs to us and what we’ve simply picked up along the way.

The Energetic Reset is a group Geo Love Healing experience designed to create space to release, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

Geo Love Healing is an energy-healing modality that incorporates sacred geometry and works with the body’s energetic system to identify and support shifts in areas of energetic imbalance. Rather than needing to talk through your story, figure out exactly what needs healing, or consciously make something happen, you’re invited to simply receive the experience and notice what arises.
